Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

The apartment has upgraded wifi, work space for your tablet, or device. Roku tv, full-size kitchen, and private bedroom with queen bed . Sofa bed suitable for two children, or, one adult. The backyard patio includes a play house for children with swings, slide, and zip line. Creeper Trail access from stay via the Abingdon Urban Pathway.

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.

A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the large yard with fire pit.

New Wood Cabin located off hwy 58 , 8 min from Abingdon Va , 8 min from Damascus Va . It is 1.2 miles to the Alvarado Station on the Virginia Creeper Trail , and 10 mins to the Barter theater . Enjoy the Blueridge Mountains where you can hike bike and fish . And unwind to great view from covered porch . There are 7 step to enter with plenty of free parking. We are dog friendly limit 2, bowls and bed provided .
