For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Ruhige, gemütliche eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Un apartamento especial es nuestro "Apartamento Heuboden con vista al granero del Wiglhof". Tiene aproximadamente 40 m² y ofrece espacio para 1-2 personas en el segundo piso. El apartamento cuenta con una amplia sala de estar y dormitorio con una CAMA DE PINO de 1,60 m para un sueño reparador. Una generosa cocina-comedor con cocina eléctrica y horno, extractor, refrigerador, hervidor de agua, cafetera, tostadora, con un acogedor lugar para sentarse y televisión por satélite.

The apartment is on two floors and has a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, three spacious double bedrooms with bath en-suite, sauna, an open living area with chimney and high-quality fully equipped kitchen, and 3 terraces.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Abends, dann wenn die Sonne sich hinter den Bergspitzen zur Ruhe bettet und der Mondschein sich breitet, lockern Sie Ihre Muskeln.
