The suite has 1 queen size bed, full bath, closet, smart TV for streaming, Wifi, a coffee pot/Keurig, microwave, and small fridge/freezer. Guests have a private entrance to the suite, driveway parking, and access to the fenced in back yard.

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

There is a yummy restaurant next door it is currently closed for remodel.
