Om man vill ta bilen så finns det gott om badplatser, naturreservat, fika/mat ställen att utforska i närheten eller längre ut i skärgården.

It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

På loftet en bra dubbelsäng och tv. Parkeringsplats utanför och sommartid tillgång till pool. Vi bor nära. På gångavstånd liten strand, bryggor, klippbad och med cykel sköna utflykter. Lämnar gärna tips. Bussen in till Stockholms city tar 45 minuter och busshållplats här inom 12-14 minuter gång.

En kort promenad från huset finns naturreservatet vinterskogen med en upplyst motionslinga, utegym, vandringsleder och en mysig badplats. Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Vintertid kan man vissa perioder ta en promenad, åka skridskor på isen eller varför inte ett uppfriskade bad i en isvak.

Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.

In the heart of Gamla Enskede you find our spacious villa with room for the big family. 5 bedrooms upstairs of which one has a double bed. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway and 3 km to Södermalm. Local bakery and restaurants just 150 meters from the house. Prior to summer 2025 we upgraded the house with a private 6x3 m tempered pool in the sunny backside.
