There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Woning van 100 jaar oud ligt onder de molen en is knus en gezellig. Vijf minuten lopen en je bent in het centrum van Alkmaar. Huur een bootje en bekijk Alkmaar vanuit het water. In de straat achter het huisje is een mooie, grote speeltuin het “OKB”. De bus stopt voor de deur. Betaald parkeren in het gebied en tegenover het huis. Gratis parkeren op loopafstand. Centrum: 5 min lopen Strand: 30 min met de fiets/15 min met auto Twee fietsen voor gebruik bij het huisje.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

The bedroom has a large King Size bed, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The large living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and free Wifi. There are also double doors that open to a large private terrace! The open kitchen is fully equipped and included a cozy dining area.

Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Niet geschikt voor kinderen. Geen huisdieren. Roken is niet toegestaan.

De ruimte heeft 2 slaapkamers waarvan één met een 2-persoonsbed en één met 2 eenpersoons bedden die ook tegen elkaar geschoven kunnen worden. De privétuin is een hoogtepunt, met 2 comfortabele ligstoelen en een loungebank.
