It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town.
