Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Enchanted Desert Oasis

We want all our guests to have a relaxing & comfortable stay. We have many perks, bottled water in the fridge & upstairs bedrooms to welcome our guest. Coffee, tea, and hot coco with condiments - to get your stay started. The internet is fast and reliable. We offer self check in and enhanced cleaning protocols. Recently we added an outdoor gas fire pit so our guest could spend some time enjoying the stars. We are away from the city with easy access to the highway. Adding more outdoor space.

The Nautical Place is a 3-bedroom home with 2-bathrooms. This home sleeps 4 singles or 6 people (1 couple in the master suite's queen bed; 1 couple in the 2nd queen bed; 2 twins) Our *FLETC ready* home has unique closet organizers, all paid utilities, fully functional kitchen, in-unit laundry, and WiFi access. This is a Non-Smoking zone. Smoke alarms are operational. Security monitoring is active 24-7. This home is child friendly with secure cabinets. Sorry! Pets are NO LONGER welcome.

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located single family residence newly renovated from top to bottom. This property provides a quaint and cozy space to relax and wind down. Brick Haven Villa-No pets

This is an older home that has been remodeled/partially renovated. Not perfect but cozy. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rules!
