Je tiens à préciser que le logement ne dispose pas de parking place gratuit. Néanmoins les voyageurs en véhicule peuvent garer leurs voitures dans les parkings publics. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.
