WATERFRONT, this amazing House sits on a flat lot & offers 276 feet of waterfront.On a pointe with views from every room.Sitting in the den on the couch it looks like you are sitting on the water.In a quiet cove off the main body but talk about location, this property is only a few minutes from the hot spots such as Kowaliga & Chimney Rock.Plenty of concrete parking & concrete boat ramp on site.Concrete steps at the sea wall on both sides of concrete pier from the yard make for easy entry/exit.

Cottage with small private beach for Kowaliga residents only a few blocks away (see photos). Main bedroom has queen bed & bunk room sleeps 4. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Public boat docks & ramps on the lake (kayak & boat rentals available there). Minutes from famous Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for $75 pet fee per stay! I can’t accommodate cats due to allergy. Minimum $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Main bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom & tile shower. 2nd bedroom has a triple bunk & twin over full bunk beds that can sleep 2 adults OR up to 4 children. Full kitchen plus washer & dryer! The family room opens into the kitchen and has a double sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. It’s close to the community area with boat slips and swim area. The porch has a table & chairs for eating, TV and great view of lake. Auburn is just 45 minutes away.

Great for game season, travelers in need of rest, or a quiet getaway! Start the gas grill! Meals at the farmhouse table on the screened porch, with an amazing lake view. Swim area for all ages. Make use of the 2 kayaks available.

Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are not on waterfront or have a view of it directly.

Located on the Montgomery side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

This is an ideal place to bring your family or group of friends (up to 8) - swim at the pool or the lake, and you can rent the onsite boat if you'd like. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house can easily accommodate 2 families and their kids. The master suite is on the main level and offers the comfort of a king bed. The kitchen is well appointed if you choose to stay in or there are several restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.
