Spacious 2nd floor master suite boasts a king bed, flat screen satellite TV, WiFi, full bath and plenty of closet space. When booking for 3-4 guests ($45 per person per night after 2nd guest), an additional, smaller room with a double bed and full bath is provided (otherwise blocked). Both rooms have unobstructed views of the Mt. Mansfield slopes and our serene riverfront grounds.

Lake access includes a private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.
