THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. Pondside Studio Near Yosemite and Bass Lake.

Private one room studio with bathroom (shower, no bathtub) and kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, and coffeemaker (coffee, tea, and water provided). No other type of cooking allowed. Designated parking with private entrance. No smoking allowed on property. Located 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. Access to pond area with outdoor seating and gazebo, and a gas BBQ is near the studio. Lots of wildlife. 18 miles to Yosemite’s southern entrance and 5 miles to Bass Lake.

Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Sequoia Moonlight Ridge

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway! Our guest house has a fenced yard with a seasonal creek running through it. It has a parking area that can accommodate 2 vehicles. It is close walking distance to the downtown area. Big Pine is a small town, so morning and evening walks are a must. The base of the Eastern Sierra’s has many great places to explore. Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

Enjoy the sunset on the porch with a blanket and a glass of wine while watching the horses graze peacefully. On clear nights you can see the North Star and the Milky Way. We are located just one mile away from the artsy village center of Three Rivers and 6 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park.
