Я собственник. живу в этом же здании и поэтому гости сразу без задержек (как обычно бывает на ресепшене) по приезду сразу вселяются в номер, в котором предварительно уже включено отопление-кондицонер и бойлер с горячей водой. Квартира находятся на 31 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид: на море, набережную,озеро и "поющие" фантаны с ночной подсветкой

Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Minimal Hostel is ideally located for exploring the city. You can walk to Schlesisches Tor underground station in less than 10 minutes and the East Side Gallery is a 15-minute walk away. Minimal is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and small shops. If you come with your children, there is a children's farm, the beautiful Treptower Park and several playgrounds nearby. We are not a party hostel. Smoke-free, no alcohol is allowed in the hostel.

The private bathroom's come with a hairdryer, a rain shower, sleepers, and free toiletries. We don't serve breakfast. We have four identical rooms of this type, no elevator.
