Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Terassilta voit ihailla järvimaisemaa tai metsän elämää. Sauna on aivan rannan tuntumassa, veneellä tai sub-laudalla voit lähteä soutelemaan tai kalastelemaan. Talvisinkin pääsee aina uimaan. Pihalta löytyy mm. kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli sekä nuotiopaikka. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

I närområdet finns flera sjöar och fina fiskevatten, möjligheten att plocka bär och svamp, vandra eller varför inte ta en tur upp till ”rännbergs toppen” (vandringsled upp till en närliggande bergstopp)

We offer our lovely guesthouse with sauna and a hot tub to Helsinki area visitors who appreciate nature, privacy and maybe a round of golf- we are located right by the 12th green of Kullo Golf and 40km from Helsinki centre. The cottage is an old log building, carefully renovated to preserve its spirit while suiting the needs of a comfort lover. Not included: - Hot tub (80e/ first day, 40e/ each following day)

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
