This house was built by Captain George W. Cook in early 1800s. He was the Captain of a merchant sailing vessel called the Jed F. Duren. a large vessel at 112 tons. Two of Captain George W Cook's original navigation maps are mounted in the house. The home is reminiscent of days of sea and sail. The house is really cool and the waterfront and sunrise views are amazing! This century home meets today's standards of comfort and safety. It is now owned by a Captain Parker - a local lobster fisherman.

Welcome to the Bay of Fundy! Our newly built cottage is nestled near the woods overlooking our pond as well as the ocean. You can enjoy the peace and tranquility from your private covered deck. You have a front row seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets. The sky turns red as you slow down from your busy day. Inside the cottage you have all the necessary amenities. The decor is tasteful, modern and cozy. You will enjoy a full tub and shower, Starlink internet and satellite TV.

Our Safari Tent has two queen-sized bed with pillow-top mattress and quality sheets, pine furniture, fan, electric lights, and an automatic pellet wood stove. There is a large raised veranda with outdoor chairs and a private enclosure with a portable toilet and sink. Additional bathrooms and showers are nearby. Our hot tub under the stars is available for you to schedule your personal time. Please note, guests must walk a short distance uphill to reach the glamping tents.
