Debbie and Richard warmly welcome you to The Annexe. We are situated in Bideford in a quiet residential area; a 5 minute walk from the countryside, a 15 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach. We are an ideal base for trips to RHS Rosemoor and Lundy Island, with free parking. The Annexe is suitable for mobility impaired guests, with non-slip ramped access to the low threshold entrance door, one level inside and a large walk-in low threshold shower cubicle.

Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities. Small fridge.
