Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Rooks Nest is a cosy self contained cottage for 4 people. There is a separate kitchen, lounge/diner with a 43” TV (Netflix) A private enclosed court yard garden with outdoor dining. There is a ground floor bathroom and shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with smart TV. A 2nd bedroom with double bed, Smart tv. Secured access to an outside balcony area with garden seating. To the front of the cottage there is private parking for 2 cars.

Our annexe has been refurbished to provide a high-end environment, ideal for 2 adults to relax in. It is set in an area called the Allertons, a cluster of beautiful character villages. It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.
