It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

As a result, we do not accept bookings with children under 16 years old. This is for their safety and to preserve the experience of our guests. Please note - our property is in the suburbs / country area, 20 minutes from the airport, public transportation is limited. Uber/Lyft/Car Rentals work well. Plenty of stores nearby.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This home features two bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy queen-size bed and its own full bathroom. The spacious living room offers comfortable European velvet chairs, a convertible leather sofa bed, a water dispenser, and a Smart TV, among other amenities. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fresh sheets, linens, and duvets are provided for each bed, along with extra towels.

It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building).
