E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Greenway Beach House Dungarvan Ballinacourty

Located 400m from Deise Greenway, Ballinacourty Light House And Ballinard Beach. Golf Course on the doorstep and Comeragh View. Just a short walk from the Gold Coast Hotel with pool and gym. Carvery served daily in hotel and at weekends at Lord Maguires. Dungarvan town is just 4km away and offers a wide array of dining options. Bike hire is available and details are available from host. Ideal spot for walking, cycling, hiking, relaxing, fishing, or writing. Beautiful scenery and landscape.

Number 10

Situated in the heart of Dungarvan, Number 10 is a dual story apartment with its own private balcony just off Dungarvan Quay with fabulous sea views. Upon entrance to main building both a lift and stairs are available. Town centre is within 2 minute walking distance. The start of the Greenway is also close by (within walking distance). We do have 2 adult bikes available for use and there is space where you can store your bikes if you choose to bring your own or there is bikes available locally.

The Cowshed Cottage on The Greenway & the Sea

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

Our charming cosy cottage has fantastic views of the Comeragh Mountains. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, nice living room with flat screen TV. Dining area with old feature stone wall for that Irish feel. Fully equipped kitchen. Bistro outside area to take in the beautiful mountain views. Located 9km from Dungarvan to enjoy shopping and restaurants. Magical Mahon Falls for hiking enthusiasts, Waterford Greenway and Clonea Beach and the scenic Copper Coast Drive all within 15 minute drive.

“O’SHEA” BUNGALOW DUNGARVAN

The house is situated in a quiet street very close to the lively town centre, an approximate 7 min walk to the beautiful marina in the harbour. It is 200 metres from the new cycle/walk Greenway which goes from Dungarvan to Waterford with a total distance of 46k. The local beach in Abbeyside is 200m and the beautiful beach of Clonea is 5K which can be accessed by a bicycle path. There are 3 golf courses in the area. The childrens playground and shops are a 3 min walk from the house.

Abbeyside Studio Own Entrance

Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

Tastefully refurbished Cottage on the Greenway

This luxurious cottage located on a working sheep farm overlooks the Tay Valley at Durrow Viaduct. This beautiful cottage enjoys a wonderfully appointed site with a view of the Greenway to the south and the Comeragh mountains to the west. This property has been tastefully renovated to ensure our guests experience a modern, comfortable and relaxing base while enjoying the many attractions the area has to offer or simply relax and unwind in the tranquil atmosphere the cottage evokes.

Lovingly restored 1800's house in the town centre. This is our very loved three-storey family home with enclosed private garden and parking on site. Perfect for family gatherings, reunions of old friends, and five minutes walk to the square and access to the Greenway and beaches. WiFi throughout with three ensuites on the second floor and a three bedroom family suite with a bathroom on the top floor. The local food is delicious though you may not want to leave this house for it!

Country View is a privately owned and maintained property, which is part of a larger 12 unit Holiday Home complex. It is just outside the bustling town of Dungarvan , well known for its fine food and different events throughout the year. It is also within walking distance of the Marine bar. The Marine Bar hosts traditional and folk music every weekend . Country View is located just off the N25 and is very convenient to explore Waterford, Cork and the south of Ireland.
