Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. The north wing of a beautiful ‘A Listed’ Lairds House located within an exceptionally charming small Scottish country estate . Ardovie is a beautifully private and peaceful location which allows the perfect escape from it all yet is also well located for access to the coast and glens. The estate is quite the hidden gem and has a wonderful selection of woodland walks . The boating pond and walled garden are definitely worth seeing to enjoy the true tranquillity of the property.
