Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. Great central location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee shop. Live music venues for traditional music close by. 900 metres from Grafton street. No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.
