Need a quiet, quaint refuge with cozy modern amenities? The Wine Room is in the small town of Oakland Oregon. Umpqua Valley one hour south of Eugene. It is safe while just a mile off of I-5. Walk the uncrowded town and parks. For longer stays your use of the kitchen Is negotiable. The private room has a beautiful bathroom with a heated floor, a mini-fridge and micro. Located in the back of a historic bank building that is our tasting room and coffee shop it is good for couples and solo.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Our 1 bedroom is fully stocked with everything you need and then some .... The house is the original homestead and has kept that charm. You will have a private bedroom with a cozy King size bed with all organic linen/cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen ( coffee,tea & cream provided),full bathroom, W/toiletries ( shower has two seats and hand bars, no tub ). Living room area has a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, dining table, fireplace & TV w/ steaming device.
