These could be a snowy driveway, wood piles, insects, warm days without a/c, birds, leaves/pine needles, heights without rails etc. Yard may not fully manicured at all times.

The house has four bedrooms and is a little more updated then your typical Flagstaff home, with a full size eat in kitchen. The Location is perfect! Across the street is the urban trail and all the adventure you could want. We now offer whole home A/C for those hot days, a rarity in flagstaff.
