It is somewhat remote but peaceful and very safe. There is wildlife that live in the nearby woods. The condos are only lodging at the top of the mountain. There are no restaurants very near by, but there are many choices in North Spokane as well as a grocery store at the bottom of the hill about 30-40 min drive away - so plan ahead.
