Dream house Mirjam smještena je u Perušiću, kraj Gospića, mirnom zaseoku Bukovac Perušićki uz rub padine u idiličnom ruralnom okruženju. Ima prostranu terasu s pogledom na Velebit. Udaljena je od ceste, na osami te je pogodna za uživanje i opuštanje tijekom cijele godine.
