The most wonderful thing about this unit is the PRIME LOCATION in the complex, and that your private boat slip is directly below your balcony. You have your own personal water and power tower with your boat slip. This condo is right next to the pool area as well. (Just a few steps). Your tiled corner unit patio is large and your view of the Gulf, the Suwannee River, and the entire complex is amazing.

Includes dock use with 1 included boat slip. Ample parking on site. Within walking distance of most places, but a bicycle or golf cart makes it even better. Steinhatchee is a Golf-Cart community, so come join the fun. *Note - There are two beds with a partition wall for privacy, but the beds are not in private rooms.

This property is also 5-10 min away from the nearest boat ramp with a private dock to hold any watercrafts plus all the amenities you would need.

Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

Suwannee River getaway in beautiful Gilchrist County, Florida. A beautifully kept one bedroom, one bath, modular home on a wooded lot with plenty of parking for boats and trailers. This house sleeps 2 in the single bedroom. We have tried to provide every amenity for a relaxing stay. Ideally situated across from the Rock Bluff boat ramp for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
