Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

Hoi, wij zijn Cees en Cathalijne, en bieden onze bovenverdieping met veel plezier aan. Het appartement ligt in Centrumeiland, een nieuwe wijk in Amsterdam. Op loopafstand zijn winkels, supermarkten, terrasjes, restaurants en het strand! Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met pantry, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en 2 balkons. Direct achter de gedeelde voordeur is de trap naar boven naar het appartement: deze is apart van de rest van het huis. Wij wonen zelf beneden, dus je hebt veel privacy.

Prachtig uitzicht op skyline Amsterdam en binnen een half uur sta je op Amsterdam Centraal! Wel de lusten, maar niet de lasten van Amsterdam. Ideaal voor stellen die vooral van de cultuur en bezienswaardigheden van Amsterdam willen genieten, maar 's avonds rustig willen slapen. Babybedje beschikbaar en de 3e persoon slaapt op een uitklapbare slaapbank. Inclusief bedden- en linnengoed en handdoeken. Zeer goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Ideale overnachting voor bezoek aan RAI of AFAS Live!

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Rustige luxe studio, 11 min naar Amsterdam Central

Rustige luxe studio met tuin. Inbegrepen gratis fietsen, gratis parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving, veel openbaar vervoersmogelijkheden. Binnen 15 minuten in het Centrum van Amsterdam. De studio staat in een veilige en vooral ook mooie omgeving. Alle attracties van Amsterdam binnen 6 km fietsafstand. Liever niet fietsen? De bus of de fiets brengt je in 4 minuten naar station Diemen. Lopend 15 minuten. Vanaf Station Diemen vertrekt er 4x per uur een trein > 11 minuten naar Amsterdam Central.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Green Oasis at sailing barge "the Rederijker"

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

It is situated in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes walk from a shoppingcentre and 5 minutes walk to the railwaystation which brings you in 11 minutes to Amsterdam central station. Right outside the door is a private parkingspace free of charge (in the centre of Amsterdam you pay 7 euro/ hour) Our rate includes tourist tax.
