Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Come stay in the Hill Country... A large 32 foot, travel trailer nestled under oak trees. Private bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. The Mathis House is located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the river, shops and the historic walking tour. It has a large fenced yard with a patio. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.

Lil’ Cowboy Cabin on the Corner

This quaint little cowboy cabin is perfect for two people. It was originally our son's place but he is married with two children, so bigger they must build. We are happy to offer this little piece of our heaven for you to enjoy, but please leave your pets at home. No pets allowed. Thank you for respecting our short and simple house rules.
