We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, roku with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. Come stay at this fun retreat and enjoy shopping and restaurants in any direction you go. This home is located across from the Delaware County Fair grounds in a very quiet neighborhood centrally located in Muncie sitting very close to Ball State University and IU Hospital and if you like to bike ride, Cardinal Greenway bike trail is very close by. Enjoy the many games provided for all age groups along with some grilling out , corn hole games and enjoy some hot tub time under the stars.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Historic neighborhood. One block to BSU Village and less than 1 mile to downtown; Ball Memorial Hospital just few blocks down the same street. Registered historic property; truly walking distance to BSU for those visitors who don’t want to drive. Off-street parking is in the back alley. We kindly ask guests to be considerate to neighbors. Keep in mind, this house is near a college campus, and during graduation and sports events students/neighbors may be celebrating outside.
