This spacious three‑bedroom home sits on the beautiful 2R Ranch in Henrietta, Texas, offering rustic charm and modern comfort. If guests are interested in bringing UTVs, additional fees may apply. Please message host for details. No four‑wheelers are allowed. UTVs must be equipped with proper safety equipment and a roll cage.

Rustic Ranch

This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita. You will have to go up stairs to get to the unit. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
