Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

Fully-furnished bedroom with king-size bed; lounge with tv, comfy chairs, dining table, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster; shower room. Self-serve continental breakfast.

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

We are an ideal base for you to explore Devon by car, bus or train. Shower+toilet ground floor. Bath/shower room and separate WC upstairs. Enclosed rear garden. Parking in the drive for up to 3 cars. 5 mins walk to the beach, the famous Brunel railway, the beautiful central lawn with its stream and iconic black swans. 5 mins walk to public transport, pubs, eateries and much more.

Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children
