Flooded with light and decorated in colours to reflect the sea glass name, it has a relaxed, high-end contemporary feel and offers a calm getaway. Only a five minute walk to the heart of Dartmouth. “The Old Butchers" is a little bit of heaven in Devon. Perfectly appointed in every way, this stylish loft style studio is the ideal getaway to relax & rejuvenate or explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of the South Hams. It is a private, self-contained space Complete with shower room, wc & sink. Kitchenette: Fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle & toaster. WIFI & Smart TV, & outside terrace with sea glimpses. There is a small sofa/sofabed (not suitable for adults to sleep on).

Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Sit & relax on the terrace & watch the comings & goings on the River Dart (boats in the marina, Paddle Steamer, passenger ferries & steam train). A few minutes walk to the ferries for the short hop over to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking a few minutes walk away or paid parking in the marina opposite. Mooring is available if you arrive by boat.
