The studio has everything you need. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking. There is a separate entrance to the studio. A slow stay in a sleepy beach town. A perfectly imperfect little cottage located in a stunning beachside location. Equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Minutes walk to the local beaches and the lake (with playground and barbecues). A lovely large backyard, with shaded areas and fruit trees growing along the fence line.
