A Mexico Beach gem, located steps from the beach. This cottage has lots of Old Florida Charm. Original knotty pine walls give the home a cozy feel and gives guests a look into the Florida of the past. The cottage has a fenced in backyard, hammocks, TV’s in each room with streaming services, WiFi, and other amenities to help you feel right at home! I also try to keep a good selection of wagons, pier carts, buckets, beach chairs, cornhole, dip nets, fishing tackle, and beach toys on the porch.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
