We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Completely renovated in 2024, mama Marija apartment ensures privacy, utmost relaxation and enjoyment at Hvar town waterfront. Original stone walls of the exterior beautifully complement timeless interior design. Wonderfully spacious and inviting, the apartment includes two balconies which overlook the marina and the old town, two beautifully designed bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a common area which combines a smartly designed kitchen and a living room, perfectly suited for get-togethers.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.
