Whole property is available exclusively to the guests staying in the apartment. Noone else will be there during your stay and the host will be available whenever needed. We want to make you feel like home and we are at your disposal at all times, owner mobile phone will be provided for any help or advice regarding your stay 24h a day. This property is in the peaceful, historic center of the Old Town just meters from one of the best family-run restaurants within the city walls. Famous Banje Beach and the old port are both nearby, along with the main street, Stradun. If you need help with your transfer to the apartment from the Airport or main Port let us know, we can arrange that. We provide full service with the transfer company we trust. The driver will meet you at the airport, help with the luggage, drop you off at the nearest entrance to the Old town and our apartment where you will be met by the host.

The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

House Jopa - Plitvice

House Jopa is located in a small village on the edge of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults on 2 floors. On the main floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, while on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed) and 1 bathroom (with a shower). In the back of the house there is a covered terrace, an open terrace and a private garden. Please note that the garden is not fenced. Plitvice Entrance 2 - 4km

It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests.
