The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.
