Una vera suite immersa in un antico borgo pedonale, con vista lago unica, letto king size, cucina modernissima, bagno di design, un terrazzino proprio di fronte a Villa d' Este e a poca distanza una porzione di giardino da cui ammirare tramonti sul lago da sogno! La vostra vacanza a Blevio sarà indimenticabile. la casa si trova in un antico villaggio raggiungibile solo a piedi. il parcheggio privato è a circa 150 metri. meglio portare bagaglio piccolo.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden.
