This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

For your peace of mind, the apartment has a small safe and a smoke/CO alarm installed. The outdoor space includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for renting.
