Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests (1 queen and 1 twin bed). If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area (No extra charge). Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 2 mins walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 mins drive to shopping centres, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Set on our family 5-acre hobby farm, you are surrounded by beauty and healthy living. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors.

Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!
