The Cottage, Smith's Road, Charleville

12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. We are located in a peaceful rural countryside setting just 3 mins (by car) from Newport town, 12 mins from University of Limerick/ Castletroy, 15 mins from Limerick City centre and 40 mins from Shannon Airport. Our house is best described as: -2 double bedrooms each with an adjoining ensuite -1 kitchen -1 dining/sitting room -All mod cons available -Free and secure parking on site.
