As a former science teacher, I enjoyed making the space have great...chemistry! Among other things, it has a separate entrance, a garage bay for parking out of the elements, a washer and dryer, and a wooded setting. You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

There’s plenty of room in this 4bedroom/2bath for your entire crew. Large private fenced backyard, pet-friendly. The backyard also has a small fire pit and trampoline. I love to restore vintage furniture and so you will see some unique antique pieces in this home. As an RN, cleanliness and my priority is to maintain a safe and clean home for my guests. Everything in this home has been newly painted and comes with new linens, towels and mattresses. The carpet is newly replaced.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
