Designed for the comfort of one or two quiet guests., the Caravan has a double bed, padded bench seats, desk, sink & heat. Outside there is a covered deck with outdoor kitchen; a heated bathhouse with a modern composting toilet, & sink; private outdoor shower completes this unique and lovely glamping retreat. This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

Tranquil Garden Home in College Hill

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.

This is a great place to explore Corvallis and all the surrounding beauty.

Charming 1940's bungalow, with private garden entrance. Feel secluded while still being near the necessities. Great place for writers and remote work. Coffee shops, breakfast spots and a fantastic natural foods co-op, all within a two block walk. Easy, flat, 20 minute walk to OSU, coffeehouses, restaurants, groceries, parks and more... Great area for biking to anywhere in town.
