Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

Great location for family/friends, short walking distance to the beautiful beaches the Southern end of the Gold Coast has to offer.Please note there are two small hills. Coolangatta has a variety of shopping options, restaurants and cafes. Children are welcome in our Home away from Home. The apartment is fully self contained with a large undercover balcony. This area is fenced and gaited making it a safe area for children. We have available for use free of charge a 9 foot beginners [foamy] Mal.

NOT child or infant suitable. Set back from the street up a long driveway, no parking onsite so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or the elderly. Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.

The studio is on the ground floor of a two-story home with its own lockable entry, separate from the rest of the house. The house is on an elevated block with stunning views over Currumbin Hills. The Hangar is a studio space that accommodates two people. Located a short walk from the beach, it features both coastal & aviation design elements. A separate dwelling to the main house, you'll have access to a private courtyard filled with plants. We are located 1km from the airport, a flat 15min walk and 500m from the beach.
