A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

Located close to Hahei, and the world famous Cathedral Cove (boat access only at present) & Hot Water Beach. Walk drive to restaurants and cafes. 3km drive from our property is a unique passenger ferry taking 5 minutes to restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and supermarkets. We are blessed to be surrounded by 4 lovely beaches.

Flaxmill Seagarden Cabin (off-grid)

This newly constructed cabin is "off grid". We use alternate power supply (solar and gas) meaning limitations on power. Charging your electronic devices and laptops are fine. Using appliances that generate heat (hairdryers, hair straighteners, electric heaters, coffee makers etc) can result in power system failures. Please consider this before booking. Thank you!
