The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

A spacious completely renovated home perfect for couples, families, and friends groups right by Lake Erie. Not enough to enjoy here! Our local amusement park Waldameer and famous vacation spot Presque Isle are 20 minutes away. There are hangout spaces within the home as well many spots outside. Whether you want to watch a beautiful sunset, relax by our fire pit area, or enjoy some grilling there’s something for everyone. Keep an eye out for our guest that lives nearby the American Bald Eagle!

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. Lakefront home w stunning views overlooking Conneaut Lake. Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement. Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.

We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio.
