This unit is downstairs of our two storey house. We offer late check out of 12pm for you to make the most of your stay.

Our guest studio is an Adults Only space that accommodates 2 people with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage for luggage, a comfortable sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities, private courtyard, BBQ, and kitchenette. Walking distance away is Narrawallee beach, and the inlet, a tranquil lake, popular for kayaking and Stand Up Paddling (SUP).

The Studio@ Little Forest

Wide open spaces with stunning views from this bed and breakfast style studio, just 10 minutes on tarred road from Milton. There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

5 star location! The Apartment is very popular and ideal for a couple or a group up to 4. NO shared facilities. Unfortunately not suitable for children. No pets. You will find yourself in a property which backs onto a nature reserve, home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Enjoy the spacious backyard including a great fire pit! This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
