Escape to the beauty of Coniston in our charming self-catering cottage & indulge in an enchanting getaway. Tucked away on a peaceful lane with breathtaking lake views, it’s the perfect retreat for 4 people, and pets are welcome too! Just a short stroll to cosy pubs for great food and drinks, all dog friendly. We offer part-week stays Nov–March (Fri–Mon or Mon–Fri), with Friday check-in's only from March–Nov. Atelier an enchanting French studio

Atelier was inspired by painting holidays in France. It is a spacious studio at Hylands providing a base for escape, rest and adventure. It is cosy with a wood burner, uses high quality materials throughout, curated with love and care. Surrounded by beautiful gardens to explore, where you can dine al fresco or just sit and watch the wildlife and the ever changing views. It's 12 minutes walk to Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes to our local pub, the 'Riflemans Arms'.

Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.
