Cuenta con una gran piscina y una café/bistro. A 6 Km del aeropuerto y del Viejo San Juan. Hay estacionamiento por pago justo al lado y hay dos lugares de alquiler de autos a menos de 5 minutos a pie.

Studio sleeps 4 with queen size bed + a Murphy sofa bed. Located on Ashford Ave. with cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. Condo has 24/7 gated security, a gym, tennis courts, game room and pool. Perfect to attend Bad Bunny concert. Building is currently undergoing exterior facade renovations to enhance its charm and safety. Rest assured it won't affect access to the apartment, large pool, or our unbeatable beachfront location. We will also have a full power generator soon.
