"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

My place is 3 Miles S. of Leakey, Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples State Park, Uvalde, Concan, Frio River, Famous three sisters roads, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

River House Hideaway

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads.
