A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Westcliff Penthouse is a rare apartment for its location as not many places have such easy access to Bournemouth beach and pier. The views from the balcony and lounge and bedroom windows of the sea, old Harrys rocks and Bournemouth as well as Sandbanks beach is simply remarkable and unbeatable. Each offering glimpses of The Solent and within a stones throw of the beautiful Colwell bay, with its beaches and eateries. The restaurant The Hut, is a 15-20 minute walk away.
